Q&A: How long should foreplay last?

QUESTION:  I have been reading on the internet where people have intercourse for 40 to 50 minutes.  Is this just the act or does this include foreplay.  Typically how long should foreplay last?

ANSWER:  Alfred Kinsey did a study back in the 1950’s where he interviewed 5300 males and 5940 females regarding a wide range of s3x related topics.  From his results he deduced that 21 minutes of foreplay resulted in the most “big O’s” for women.  21 minutes is enough time to allow the blood to flow to the areas that’s needed to get things primed for pumping…so to speak.

Although this was the results of the test, your own experience could be quite different and it all depends on a lot of different factors.  Are you feeling bloated thus self-conscious  about being undressed?  Are you hot and heavy for someone that you have been waiting  years for?  All of this can play a huge part in your ability to climax.  But if you need a rule of thumb, the expert says 20 minutes.
